At Capilano India Food Pvt Ltd., we take great pride in the quality and safety of our food products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products once they have been shipped, delivered, or picked up. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of our customers, and to maintain the highest quality standards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If it is accepted by our team then refund will be credited in your main account within 3 to 5 Business days. We may ask for photos and order details to help us resolve the issue.
